I'm Susana Victoria Perez

For years, I followed every manifestation technique out there—vision boards, intention lists, new moon rituals—you name it. While these practices were fun and helped me imagine what I wanted my resolutions to look like, I often found myself procrastinating, making excuses, or even in complete collapse. The pursuit of my goals would bring up unresolved trauma and survival strategies I didn’t even realize I was carrying. It wasn’t until I understood what my nervous system was doing that everything changed. By learning to work with my body, I unlocked the potential within me to achieve my resolutions in a way that felt aligned and sustainable.

Now, I feel deeply passionate about helping others gain this same understanding. I created embodyment to support people in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing trauma, and tapping into their innate potential. My approach combines years of training and experience in mindfulness and embodiment with the wisdom of my Colombian and Venezuelan ancestry, which I grew up with in South America.

I am a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner. I also bring extensive experience as the former Director of Communication for Dr. Joe Dispenza, where I led and facilitated transformative groups for over three years. Through embodyment, I blend modern science, somatic practices, and ancient spiritual wisdom to help people unlock the power of their nervous system and create the life they truly desire.
